Categories in broadcasts serve as labels to organize and categorize your content efficiently. By assigning specific categories to your broadcasts, you can easily group related messages together, making it simpler to manage and navigate your communications.
Steps How to use Broadcast Categories:

Click "Manage categories" to access category management.

Choose "Create Category" to make a new category.

Enter the desired "Category name" in the provided field.

Click "Save" to confirm the category's creation.

You can assign "Default" categories for your broadcasts. The system has predefined categories like Events and Content.

When assigning New "Default" categories, click on a category to reveal a drop-down menu where you can select from your created categories.

If you want to rename a category, click "Edit" next to it.

For more category options, click the "More" icon.

In this menu, you can Edit, Unpublish, or Delete the category.

"Published" categories are listed under the "Published" tab.

"Unpublished" categories are found in the "Unpublished" tab.

When deleting a category, you'll be asked to transfer all linked broadcasts to another category. Afterward, confirm the deletion by typing "permanently delete" and clicking the "Delete" button.

After creating a new category, you can go back to your "Recent" broadcasts and edit the category of your broadcasts.

Click the "Category" drop-down to change the broadcast's old category to the newly created one.
