Broadcast Placeholders

Placeholders allow you to personalize your message by the recipient's First name or First & Last name. Using placeholders ensures that each recipient receives a customized message tailored to their profile, enhancing engagement and relevance.

1. You can Add a Placeholder for your Audience Members' First Name or First and Last Name. You will find this on Image Cards and Text Cards.

2. Start with an Introduction, then Click Add placeholder, you have the choice of "Recipient first name" or "Recipient full name"

3. Now you are ready to send out your broadcast that will look unique to each Person.
