1. Your Home Dashboard now will reflect Broadcasts delivered. The % of successful deliveries over the past 7,14 or 28 days. You can even filter by Team!
2. Under Recent Broadcasts the new snippet view shows Delivery % per Broadcast.
3. If you see a phone icon, this is because Reach was not used on your broadcast and only sent via the Mobile App. Don't Worry - Seen and Not Seen are still in each report!
4. Click the broadcast title, for example, "Grand Opening Info!" to view the detailed report.
5. Click this button to see what Channels were used.
6. You can see an example of this window below - we recommend to always use all channels when broadcasting to get the largest reach of your message.
7. Click this icon to see a list of people who have received this broadcast - this is Delivered.
8. Click this icon to see a list of people who have NOT received this broadcast - this is Not Delivered.
9. Click this icon to see a list of people who have seen this broadcast - this will also show Mobile App views.
10. Click this icon to see a list of people who have NOT seen this broadcast - this will show all views from all channels.
11. Click "Channels" to understand the best one for your audience, either Text or Email.
12. Click "Viewed" to see who opened this file or viewed my broadcast.
13. Click "Viewed" to see who has NOT opened this file or viewed my broadcast.
14. Click here to export your data in a handy CSV file for bigger picture analysis.
