Scheduled Broadcasts refers to a section within a broadcast management system where you can see a list of broadcasts that have been planned and are set to be sent out at a specified time in the future. It provides you with an organized view of all the upcoming broadcasts, allowing you to review, edit, share, and take various actions before they are sent. This section is particularly useful for managing your communication strategy and ensuring that important messages are delivered to your audience at the right time.
1. Click "Scheduled"
2. Click this icon to make an "Edit" to that Broadcast
Edit: Allows you to Edit the Shared or Drafted Broadcast
3. Click here to "Share" the Broadcast with other Admins
4. Choose the Admins you'd like to share the Broadcast with then Click Share
Share: Shares the Broadcast with other Global Admins, or Team Admins of the same Team
5. Click here for "More options"
6. Click here to "Edit" the Broadcast
Edit: Allows you to Edit the Shared or Drafted Broadcast
7. Click here to "Share" the Broadcast with other Admins
8. Click here to "Make a Copy" of your Broadcast
💡: Having a backup copy of a Broadcast is a great way to save your own template of that Broadcast
9. Click here to "Archive" the Broadcast
Archive: Moves the Broadcast Draft to Archived
10. Click here to "View report" on this Broadcast
11. Click "Confirm" to Archive the Broadcast
12. Click here to "Stop" a Scheduled Broadcast
13. Click "Confirm" to stop the Broadcast
