"Delivering a Broadcast" involves choosing when and how your message is sent to your audience. You can send it immediately ("Now"), schedule it for a specific date and time ("Later"), or set it to repeat at regular intervals ("Recurring"). You can also set up Nudges, push notifications, and Reach Everyone settings (emails, and SMS messages) to ensure your message reaches your audience through their preferred channels. Once you've set your delivery options, simply click "Send" to deliver your broadcast. It's a way to control when and how your important messages are distributed to your people.
1. Click "Delivery settings" or "Continue" from your "Audience Builder" to access the "Delivery settings"
2. "Now" is the default option, and will send the Broadcast right away.
3. Click on "Now" and you will open more options for scheduling your Broadcast.
4. "Later" provides the option to set a date and a time in the future for the Broadcast to be sent.
5. Click the Calendar to change the Date
6. Click on the clock to adjust the Time
7. "Recurring" provides the option to select the Broadcast to be sent Daily, Weekly or Monthly on a set day or day(s).
8. With "Recurring Daily" you can adjust the Date, Time, when you'd like it to send, and when you'd like it to stop.
9. Click here to select the days you'd like your Broadcast to repeat on.
10. Adjust the time you'd like it to be sent on that day.
11. Click "specific date" to start the recurring Broadcast either now or on a specific date.

13. Select when you'd like the Broadcast to stop Recurring. You have the option of never, a specific date, or after a specific amount of occurrences.
14. Click "Weekly" for your weekly occurrence options
15. Click "Monthly" for your monthly occurrence options
16. With Monthly you will have a new drop-down option.
17. This allows you to select specific days in the Month for the occurrence to happen; Last, First, Second, Third, and Fourth.
18. Click "Yearly" to set up a Yearly occurrence.
19. With Yearly occurrences you choose when they start and when they end.
20. "Nudge" provides the sender with the option to send a reminder to the Team member if they have not responded to the Broadcast within a set period.
21. Click this drop-down to adjust the nudge by Hours, Days, or weeks.
22. "Push Notification" By default Broadcasts are sent with Push Notifications on. However, sending a Broadcast "silently" is possible so your people are not disturbed. They will view it the next time they log into the OurPeople app.
To turn Sounds/ Push Notifications off, toggle it off.
23. You can notify your people by Email, once they receive the broadcast it will give them a link that takes them directly to their Inbox to view the message.
24. When Receiving an Email notification the Email Header will be the same as the Title of the Broadcast you sent.
25. SMS notification if you'd like to send this broadcast by Text Message. This will send a viewable link just like the E-mail notification.
26. The sender can input a 396-character count message that will be sent via SMS. When using SMS the system will tell you how many "SMS Credits" you have available. The longer the message the more SMS Credits you will use when sending the message.
27. When editing the message you can also add a placeholder to make the message unique to each person. You can choose from just their First Name or their Full Name. After you've edited the Text select Preview to save the message.
28. Click "Contact support to add more." to add more SMS Credits to your system.
29. Click "Send" to send your Broadcast.
30. Congratulations you've sent your Broadcast!
Click "Go to recent broadcasts" to view your reporting!
