SMS Delivery Preview

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to preview the text that will show alongside a broadcast being sent as an SMS. It explains how to create a broadcast and customize the first line for SMS preview. It also shows how to toggle on SMS and email notifications and view a preview of the text message from an end-user perspective.

Steps to SMS Delivery Preview:

1. Navigate to the web app
2. Click "Broadcasts"
3. Click "Create"
4. Create the broadcast keeping in mind that the first line from this card will be used in the SMS preview.
5. Click "Delivery settings"
6. Toggle on SMS and/or email notifications
7. You will see a preview of how this text message will look from an end-user perspective. It will show the company name, the first sentence of the broadcast content, and a link to view the broadcast from the web app.
