"Drafts" refers to a section within the Web App where you can find broadcasts that have been prepared but have not yet been sent. This section allows you to store and manage drafts until you're ready to send them out. It's a useful feature for planning, reviewing, and ensuring the accuracy of your messages before they are shared with your Audience. It's also good practice to save a Broadcast as a Draft Template that you can share with other Admins.
1. Click "Drafts"
2. Click this icon to make an "Edit" to that Broadcast
Edit: Allows you to Edit the Shared or Drafted Broadcast
3. Click here to "Share" the Broadcast with other Admins
4. Choose the Admins you'd like to share the Broadcast with then Click Share
Share: Shares the Broadcast with other Global Admins, or Team Admins of the same Team
5. Click here for "More options"
6. Click here to "Edit" the Broadcast
Edit: Allows you to Edit the Shared or Drafted Broadcast
7. Click here to "Share" the Broadcast with other Admins
8. Once you've chosen the other Admins you'd like to "Share" the broadcast with, confirm with the "Share" button
9. Click here to "Make a Copy" of your Broadcast
💡: Having a backup copy of a Broadcast is a great way to save your own template of that Broadcast
10. Click here to "Archive" the Broadcast
Archive: Moves the Broadcast Draft to Archived
11. Click here to "Delete" the Draft
⚠️: This will Permanently Delete the Broadcast saved in Drafts
12. Click "Confirm" to confirm the deletion of the Broadcast from the system
Delete: Deletes the Broadcast saved in Drafts
