Reach Everyone

Reach Everyone is a feature to reach people who haven't downloaded the OurPeople Mobile App. This feature allows you to send your broadcast through the mobile app's push notifications, email, or SMS. When a broadcast is sent through email or SMS, they will receive a link to view the message in the Web App. This will ensure all employees will receive a broadcast regardless of activity status.

Steps to Reach Everyone:

1. Navigate to the web app: [companyname].ourpeople.com

2. Click "Broadcasts"

3. Click "Create"

4. Build the broadcast

5. Click "Define audience"

6. The audience will default to everyone

7. Click "Delivery settings"

8. Toggle on "Notify everyone via push" to enable push notifications to be sent.

9. Toggle on "send an email notification"

10. Click the dropdown menu to further customize this audience segment. You will have the option to send email notifications to very specific groups of users.

11. Toggle on "Send an SMS notification".

12. Click the dropdown menu to further customize this audience segment.

13. Edit the SMS content that will be sent alongside the broadcast link.

14. Click send
