8. Once identified click 'Select'
9. You will notice with the additional criteria added, the audience has narrowed from 16 recipients to just 2.
This is because the Audience is filtering to user's that are in the below identified Teams and the outlined individuals. To remove the additional individuals, select the pencil icon next to that criteria.
10. Then click "Delete"
11. To add an additional segment to the audience, select 'Add another group'
12. This will outline a separate segment of the Audience, indicated by the 'Or'. Which when present will include the two filters to create your audience.
You are telling the audience builder for example: they need to belong to the following team(s) or they have the following skill, person, etc.
13. For this example we will select some additional individuals to add to the Audience.
14. You'll notice the total Recipients are now 18. You can also edit your audience by selecting your filter e.g. team and then filtering for 'any of' or 'none of'.
15. This will then exclude the outlined audience, when 'none' of the following is outlined.
Tip: The important thing to remember is to keep an eye on your Recipients outlined in the top left as you add additional criteria. If you keep an eye on the total recipients any contradictions in the criteria will become obvious.
