Creating Broadcasts in OurPeople is now easier than ever with OurPeople Assistant.
How to Use the OurPeople Assistant:

Provide Key Information: Share the necessary details you want to include in your message. This can range from names, dates, important topics, or specific requests.

Review & Edit: The assistant will generate a draft for you to review. Feel free to make any edits to ensure the message reflects your voice and style in the block builder.

Send or Schedule: Once you’re satisfied with the message, you can either send it immediately or schedule it for later.
1. Simply select Create at the top of the page and you will be prompted to either manually enter your messaging or utilize the OurPeople Assistant tool (pink star icon) where you can enter a basic prompt and OurPeople Assistant will create the entire Broadcast for you.
2. Enter your prompt (the more detail the better) and hit Submit.
3. Once your Broadcast is drafted you will have the ability to make any edits needed, from changing the picture, text formatting, to adding additional block types to the message.
4. When your Broadcast looks good simply select Next. You will then be able to preview what the message will look like to your employees.
5. You will then be able select how you notify your user's and customize the text message they will receive. You can also use OurPeople Assistant to 'Regenerate' the text message. Select Next when everything looks good.
6. You can then specify the audience for the Broadcast by selecting the relevant Team Tags you would like to receive it. Once you have selected the relevant audience select Next.
7. Then Send it out. It's that easy!
