This guide provides a comprehensive overview of broadcast reporting, helping users understand how to track, analyze, and optimize their broadcast communications. Whether you're managing a small team or a large audience, mastering these reporting tools can significantly improve your communication effectiveness.

Section 1. Broadcast Title, Preview, and Status Info
1. In this article, we are going to cover what broadcast reports look like and what each part of the broadcast report does. To load a broadcast report, you click into your broadcast page in your admin menu.
2. Then select the broadcast you are looking to get information about from the broadcast report.
3. In the broadcast report, you have your broadcast title.
4. You can see the broadcast status, in this case this broadcast was "Sent"
5. This is channels that the broadcast was sent on, this was sent by text, email and app.
6. This is the date and time of the broadcast.
7. If you're interested in seeing what the broadcast looked like, you can click on 'View Broadcast' to see what the broadcast was.
8. You can also see any reactions to the broadcast in this window.
9. Click "Close" to go back to the report.
Section 2. Delivery Info
10. The next section, which is delivery metrics. You can clearly see who received your broadcast.
11. Recipients are the number of people that were selected in the audience to receive this broadcast. This shows 73 people in this example.
12. Delivered is number of people that received that broadcast. This shows the percentage of successful deliveries by text or email and also includes app impressions for accuracy.
13. If you click on 'Show More', you can then also see the impression and open rates.
14. Impressions are counted when somebody sees the broadcast in their feed.
15. Opened is if they click on the notification they receive by text, email, or app, or if they click on 'More' in their feed.
16. To view more information and a list of people with more details, simply click on 'View'.
17. You'll see a list of people. Their statuses on whether or not the message was delivered. The number of channels that that person received that message on and if they reacted to that broadcast. You can also search by name or filter this list to be able to see anybody who did not receive it.
18. In this example we want to know who did not receive this broadcast. Under Delivered, click the dropdown to select a filter.
19. Click Not Delivered.
20. Click "Save"
21. You can get more details on why they did not receive it by clicking on someone's name.
22. Click "Close" to go back to the filtered list.
23. Let's look at someone who Opened the broadcast.
24. I can see Adam New Opened this broadcast. He received it by text, email, and app.
25. It was delivered to them on this date and time.
26. They saw the broadcast in their feed at this date and time.
27. They opened the broadcast on this date and time.
28. Text message shows delivered.
29. Email shows delivered.
30. They were also Sent a PUSH (mobile app) notification.
31. I can also see they reacted to this broadcast with a 👍 emoji.
32. Click Close to go back to the list.
33. Click "Back" to go back to the broadcast report.
34. If there are feedback blocks, you'll see broadcast feedback, and you can click 'View Report' to be able to see what responses were received, in this case 1 submission.
35. Click "View report"
36. Click this icon to expand their submission to the feedback block.
37. I can now see what that person sent in their feedback submission.
Section 3. Broadcast Creation and Text Message Info
38. Finally, you can see exactly who created the message.
39. Updated shows last time the message was modified before the broadcast went out.
40. Who clicked 'Send' or 'Schedule' and when.
41. When it was due to be sent or scheduled to go out.
42. When it was sent.
43. If the broadcast was "Redacted" it will show who redacted it and when here.
44. You can also clearly see the text message that was sent.
45. Finally broadcast ID if you need it for individual tracking.
