This guide explains how to manage multiple accounts efficiently in OurPeople. Learn to freeze or unfreeze access, delete accounts permanently, and invite individuals. These customizable options, provide effective control over user status.
Steps to Manage Multiple Accounts:
- Click "People" to access your people's accounts.
- Once filtered, select all people on the first page by checking the box next to "Name."
- Additional actions appear; click "Freeze" to restrict access or "Unfreeze" to restore access.
- For integrated businesses, manage status through the HR Portal or consult your Customer Success Rep.
- Click "Delete" to permanently remove selected individuals, confirming by typing "permanently delete."
- Click "Invite" to invite selected people, adjusting the send date, time, and email message.
- Choose "Schedule invitation" or "Cancel" to confirm or cancel the invites.
