Learn how to manage a persons account in OurPeople, allowing admins to delete or freeze accounts, with options to restore access or delete permanently.
Steps to Manage an Account:
- Click on "People" to locate the person's profile.
- After using filters, click on the person's name to access their account.
- Global or Team Admins can choose to "Delete" or "Freeze" a person.
- Deleting an account removes access, marks messages as deleted, and changes the name to "Deleted Person."
- Confirm the deletion and click "Freeze" to restrict access.
- Frozen people can't access OurPeople but will retain message history.
