Create QR Codes for Registration

This is an enhanced feature for accounts that use the Registration feature for adding new people to their OurPeople account. To learn more about creating team tag based QR codes you can follow the steps below.

1. Click People

2. Click "Registrations"

3. Click "QR codes"

4. Click on "Generate QR code"

5. Click "Copy" to share a Link that is easily shareable with Email or Text

6. Click "Download Image" to create your own QR Poster for your Company to share

7. Once you've either copied or downloaded the image you will be able to Name the QR Code or Link and Select the "Team" that will automatically added to whomever Scans the QR Code or Clicks on the Link

8. For this example, we used the QR Code to Register People that will be joining the Portland team.

9. Click "Save" to confirm the changes

10. Click "Codes" to go back to the Codes menu

11. Click the "Share" Icon to regenerate the QR Code and Link to share

12. Click this pencil icon to "Edit" the Name and/or Tags assigned to this Registration QR Code/Link

13. You will have the ability to enable/disable QR codes as needed.

14. If a disabled QR code is scanned, this screen will show. They will still have the ability to register, but no team tags will be automatically applied to their profile.

15. When the person Scans an enabled QR or Clicks on the link they will go to the "Get Started" Page

16. They will fill out their Information and Register.

17. The last step is going back to Manage your Registration to Allow or Deny anyone who has submitted a request to Access OurPeople
