This onboarding guide provides a step-by-step process for setting up and launching your OurPeople account. It covers important tasks such as filling out the Account Builder Form, scheduling kickoff calls, importing data, setting up tag structures, and providing training to Global and Team Admins. Following this guide will ensure a smooth and successful launch of your OurPeople account.

1. Fill out the Account Builder Form. 📝 This form gives our team the information needed to build your account using details such as your logo and chosen "magic word".
2. Book a "Kickoff Call" with your dedicated Customer Success Specialist. You will receive an email with instructions on how to book this call.
3. Data Import / Integration 🔄 The Kickoff Call will be to discuss your unique team structure and develop tags that best suit your company. Alternatively, if your company opts to integrate its employee data from a third party (ADP, Paychex, etc.), the first steps toward the data connection will take place during this call. Regardless of how this employee data is imported into your account, we will schedule a quick follow up meeting to make sure everything functions as intended and the tag structure is correct.

4. Global Admin Training 📆 This training will provide Global Admins with an in-depth overview of how to use OurPeople. If possible, it is best to include ALL global admins on this call, so they have the necessary information to get started before your account launches.
5. Team Admin Training 📆 This training is similar to the Global Admin training but will train your Team Admins how to use OurPeople and prepare them for launch.
6. Launch your OurPeople Account 🚀 The launch date will likely have been set during your Global Admin training, but if it was not, email us at help@ourpeople.com. An invitation to download the app as well as the magic word will be sent via SMS and/or email to your entire team the day you've scheduled to launch.
