This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to complete the self-registration process. It explains how to scan a QR code, enter personal details, and register. It also outlines the actions that an admin needs to take to approve or deny access and assign teams, job titles, and skills to the person's profile. The guide is useful for both people who want to register and admins who need to manage registrations.
Steps to Self-Registration:
New Person:

Scan the free QR code provided by OurPeople

Click "Get started"

Enter your details (Name, Number, Email)

Click "Register"

The person will see "Registration pending".
Admin:

You will receive an email that will link directly to the registration page on the web app.

To get to the registrations page from the web app, click "People"

Click "Registrations"

From the Registration Tab, you are able to Approve or Deny the person.

Click "Yes"

Find the new person's account in the People Section and click "Edit" to add a profile to this user.

Click "Add profile"

Select Team
-
Select Job Title
-
Optional: Select Skill Tags

Adjust ''Access Level'' (If they are a Team/Broadcast Admin make sure to select the Team they are allowed to Administrate over)

Click "Save"
