This guide covers the management of form notifications. Global Admins initiate the process by assigning Team Admins to specific forms, granting them access to see responses, edit the form, and receive notifications when a form has been submitted. Team Admins, in turn, configure their notification preferences, choosing between email, SMS, or mobile app alerts for efficient communication when a form is submitted.
Steps to Form Notifications:

Go to your Forms and find the specific form.

Click "Edit" for the chosen form.

Access "Settings" to view Reporting Settings.

In the "Select administrators" field, type the name of the Team Admin.

Alternatively, click the box to select from a dropdown menu with multiple users.

After selecting Team Admins, click "Save & Publish."

Team Admins, go to "View account" to access your profile page.

Click "Notification preferences."

Scroll to the bottom to find "Smart Forms" Notifications.

Choose notification preferences, such as Email, SMS, or Mobile App.

Click "Save" after setting your notification preferences.
