Using Form Templates

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to access and use form templates on the web app. It explains how to preview templates and customize them to suit the needs of your team.

Steps to Using Form Templates:

  1. Navigate to the web app
  2. Click Forms
  3. Click "View templates"
  4. Click on any template
  5. Click "Preview" view the form before using it
  6. After you've previewed the template, you can "Use Template" to edit the form to make it your own
  7. You will then have the option to edit the template with your own text
