Solving Push Notification Issues

Please be sure you are connected to WiFi or Cellular Service with a strong connection. We want to be sure everything gets to you quickly!

If you are having issues receiving push notifications, the following is a document to walk you through solving the issue.

STEP 1: Enable notifications via settings through iPhone or Android.

STEP 2: Enable push notifications through the App.

STEP 3: Try Sending a test notification through the app

STEP 4: If the test notification doesn't arrive Reset your Push Notifications
