In order to maintain a consistent service and deliver new features to our customer base, Our People deprecates support for app versions every 3 months. Customers will be notified prior to the start of the deprecation process to allow ample time for them to upgrade.
The deprecations will occur on or around the first weeks of March, June, September and December.
Support timeline for the app
We will support app versions (on iOS and Android) 12-18 months from release
When a mobile app version is no longer supported, you'll need to upgrade to a supported version to continue using the app.
