ADP Integration Setup

1. Log into your OurPeople account at https://auth.ourpeople.com/login

2. Click "Settings"

3. Click "Integrations"

4. Click the Add button to add a new integration.

5. Find the correct version of ADP you use, and click the Add button.

6. Click "Continue"

7. This is your verification token and you will need this on the next step when you are in the ADP Marketplace.

8. Click "Visit ADP Store"

9. Click "Login"

10. Click "Sign in"

11. Click "Buy Now"

12. Click "Continue". Please note, if you have a Discount Code, it is crucial to add it and Apply it on this screen before clicking continue.

13. Click the "Verification Token" field and paste this in from your OurPeople account.

14. Click "Check"

15. You will get a verification message. If it says Valid then click "Continue"

16. Click here to agree to ADP Marketplace terms

17. Click "Place Order"

18. Click "Go to MyApps"

19. Click the OurPeople app icon to be brought back to your OurPeople account.

20. Click "Settings" to go back to your integration configuration.

21. Click "Integrations"

22. Click "ADP WorkforceNow"

23. Click "1" icon to see the number of users found in ADP

24. Click "decision rules" to set up automations on allowing people into your OurPeople account. Please note, you follow the same steps for tag setup for decision rules.

25. Click the Add button to add a decision rule

26. Click "Sync"

27. Select fresh sync to pull in fields of data used on ADP accounts.

28. Click "Sync"

29. Click Configure.

30. Once synced you will see fields to map to OurPeople

31. Click "Default (None)" and a drop down opens. Set your "Tag Mappings" then click save in the bottom right corner.
