This guide provides a straightforward process for adding the OurPeople tile to your ADP homepage, enhancing employee communication access. It simplifies the customization of your company’s homepage, allowing you to tailor content for different security profiles. 1. Navigate to https://workforcenow.adp.com/theme/admin.html#/home
2. Click "Configure homepage"
3. Click "Add New Tile"
4. Type "OurPeople" in the Title and "The home for employee communications" in the description.
5. Click here to select who should see this under Security Profiles.
6. For example Standard Employees will see this tile.
7. Click "Rich Text"
8. Click the "Tile Title is required*" field.
9. Type "Login to OurPeople"
10. Click here to add the OurPeople badge image
11. Click this file field to upload
12. Click this icon to link the image to the OurPeople login page

13. Click "Open in new tab"
14. Click "Insert"
15. Click "Save"
