Mobile App - Chat Settings

Chat Settings in the OurPeople app allow you to customize and manage your chat experience. Within Chat Settings, you can view chat details, add or remove members, edit group details, leave or hide chats, mute notifications, and delete chats as needed, providing flexibility and control over your chat interactions.

Steps to Chat Settings:

1. Tap one of the available Chats to view it.

2. While in the chat message view, tap the top right circle to reveal more options and information.

3. Manage Members: You can view and add members in the chat from this menu.

4. Edit Group Name: Tap 'Edit group details' to change the group name.

5. Leave Chat: Tap 'Leave chat' to exit the chat and lose access to it.

6. Hide Chat: Use 'Hide chat' to remove the Chat from your chat list. It reappears when new messages are received.

7. Mute Notifications: Tap 'Mute notifications' to stop receiving notifications for messages in that specific Chat.

8. Delete Chat: To delete a Chat from your device, tap 'Delete Chat.'
