Managing events from the mobile app is convenient for Admins, you can easily cancel requests, assign cover, and oversee event details right from your mobile device, ensuring smooth event management on the go.
Steps How to Manage Events on the Mobile App:

Access Events: Tap the "Events" option to manage events.

Home Screen: Event cards and cover requests will also appear on your home screen. You can select "Attend" or "Decline" meetings and "Request" or "Decline" cover requests from here.

My Events: Tap "My Events" to see all the events you've been invited to.

Filter: Tap "Filter" for options to filter events. By default, it's set to "All events," but you can also filter by "Events I'm attending," "Awaiting response," or "Cover assigned to me."

My Teams' Events: Tap here to change the view to "My teams' events." By default, "Awaiting response" is toggled on for easy viewing of pending responses.

Filter Options: You can also filter events by type, such as "All," "Cover," "Meetings," or "Training." Additionally, you can filter events created by everyone or just by you.

View Event Details: When tapping on an event, you'll see additional information about the event. For example, you can "Assign" users from this view or give a user a "Pass/Fail" for Training Events.

View Attendees: For training or meeting cards, you can "View attendees" to see who's attending the event.

Add to Calendar: You can also "Add to Calendar" for your event from the Home tab.

Creating Events: To create an event, tap the "Plus" symbol in the bottom right corner. You can choose from "Cover," "Training," or "Meeting."

Event Format: Event cards include a title, start time, end time, and location. For cover requests, you can leave a comment to explain the need for coverage. For training events, you can set available spaces and choose a success tag (optional).

Create Cover Request: When creating a cover request, you can select a title for the request. Cover request titles can be selected from job titles or skills.

Select Date and Time: Input the start and end time by selecting the date and time from a calendar pop-out.

Choose Location: For a cover request, choose from team tags that need coverage.

Leave Comments: Cover requests allow you to leave a comment to explain the need for coverage or provide an incentive.

Sending Events: To send your event card, tap "Pick Recipients" to build your audience. Select from departments, job titles, skills, or individuals.

Silent Notifications: You can choose to send the event with a "Push Notification" or send it silently.

Send Event: Tap "Send" to deliver the event card.

User Responses: Once the event card is sent, users can respond by selecting "Request" or "Decline" for cover requests or "Attend" or "Decline" for training or meeting events.

Admin Actions: As an admin, you can "Cancel Request" from both the Home and Events tabs.

Confirm Cancellation: When canceling an event card, confirm by tapping the "Cancel" button.

Assigning Cover: To assign a cover request, go to the Events section, select the cover request, see the list of users who accepted, choose a user to cover the shift, and confirm by tapping "Assign."
