The Workplace Checker ensures that your teams confirm when they are on the clock before using OurPeople to adhere to state and federal labor laws. Customizable company terms & conditions can also be added in the login screen before an employee is able to gain access.
This checker allows employees to confirm they are clocked in and global admins can confirm that their employees agreed to the terms and conditions before continuing. All of these fields are completely customizable and can be updated based on the information given by your Legal/HR teams.
Logging in with the Workplace Checker Active:
This screen is what will show on the app once the workplace checker has been activated on your account.
Workplace Checker - Employee Confirmation Logs:
In the event that you need to check the date and time that a certain individual has confirmed that they were at work, click 'People' on the menu to the right.
From here, type the name of the person you need to check or use the filters for a custom view.
Click the person's name, then click Logs at the top. Logs will I've you a detailed list of all activity on the app. This is where you can check the date and time that this person has confirmed that they were at work.
Custom App Acceptance:
Those who have not yet signed in will be presented with the default Terms and Conditions required to accept before signing in. Companies can add additional terms that are fully customizable and can be edited to link out to whichever company policy is necessary.
This is an example of the available fields to add custom links. Customer Success can add as many links as you need. What is written here will show on the confirmation screen above.
