By enabling work status confirmation, team members are prompted to verify if they are at the workplace before accessing the OurPeople Mobile App. The guide details how to customize confirmation messages, provide additional instructions, and set the duration for the confirmation process, offering a streamlined way to enhance communication through the Mobile App.
Steps to Enable a Workplace Checker or Custom App Acceptance:
- Submit a request to activate the "Workplace Checker & Custom App Acceptance" feature.
- Enable Work Confirmation: This prompts team members to confirm they're at work before using the OurPeople Mobile App.
- Customize Messages: Set a custom message for the work confirmation, e.g., "Confirm that you're at work below."
- Customize the confirmation button text, like "I'm at work."
- Additional Instructions: Add extra instructions below the confirmation button.
Example: "If you're not at work now, please check back later." - Set Confirmation Duration: Customize how long the system should ask for confirmation.
