This overview provides step-by-step instructions for adding tags from the web app. Tags are the structure on which your OurPeople account is based. Team Tags and Job Titles are the most important when building user profiles. Region, Department, and Skill tags are optional but serve as a way to create specific audiences for broadcasts, forms, and files.
Steps to Tag Overview:
- Navigate to the web app.
- Click "Settings"
- Click "Tags"
- This page will default to display Team tags, but you can click on the other tabs to view each tag listed out my type.
- Click the name of the tag to view more details.
- Click the 3-dot menu to edit or delete a tag
- You have the ability to export these tags as a CSV if you need
- Click "Add tag" to create a new tag
