New Navigation Menu

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to navigate the new navigation menu. It explains how to find admin tools, redirect to the helpdesk, download the mobile app, and adjust account settings. Following this guide will help people easily navigate and utilize the new navigation menu.

Steps to New Navigation Menu:

1. Navigate to the web app.

2. Click the arrows to minimize the menu.

3. Click the arrows to expand the menu

4. All Admin Tools will be under the "Manage" dropdown.

5. 'App users' will only see Inbox, My forms, and Chat.

6. Click "Support" to be redirected to the helpdesk

7. Click "Get the mobile app"

8. Click "App Store" for iPhone and "Google Play" for Android.

9. Click "copy magic word". You will need it when logging into the app for the first time.

10. Click "Settings" to adjust your account settings.
