How to Use OurPeople AI

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to use OurPeople AI, a feature that helps generate content for broadcasts. It explains how to create and edit content using AI-generated text, templates, and additional editing options. It also provides guidance on rephrasing and regenerating text until it meets your preferences. Steps to Using OurPeople AI:

1. Login to your account: https://auth.ourpeople.com/login

2. Create a Broadcast and click "Add content"

3. You'll see 3 card types compatible with OurPeople AI: Image, Text, and Video. Choose the card type you'd like to use

4. Click "OurPeople AI"

5. Describe the content you'd like AI to generate for you.

6. Or use a template!

7. For more options, click "More templates"

8. When you click the template you'd like to use, it will show a preview. Click "Use This" to add this text to your broadcast.

9. Click "OurPeople AI" for additional editing options.

10. You will have the option to rephrase, change the tone, and shorten/lengthen the text.

11. Click "Regenerate" to view the text rewritten in a different way. You can click regenerate as many times as you'd like until you find a phrasing that suits you.

12. Click "Use this" to replace the original text with the rephrased message.

13. OurPeople AI can also be used in Forms
14. Click "Forms" in your Manage menu
15. Click "Create form"
16. Click "Add content"
17. Click "Text" (under content, not input)
18. Click the "OurPeople AI" button and follow the same steps
