User Status
Active - The user has been using OurPeople within the last 30 days.
Inactive - The user has not been active on OurPeople in 31 days or more.
Invited - The user has been sent an invite (text or email) to OurPeople but has not yet logged in.
Not invited - The user has a profile but has not been sent the welcome invite.
Frozen - The user has been deactivated (frozen) by a Global User or Team Admin. When a Team Member is Frozen you will still be able to view their messages and see broadcasts, or events they have created. Team Members who are Frozen will NOT be able to access OurPeople until they are Unfrozen.
Inviting New Users
STEP 1: From the navigation menu, select "People"
STEP 2: In the top right, click the "Add People" button
STEP 3: Fill out the Users Information. Be sure to fill out both the Mobile Number and Email address to ensure you can reach the user with the Reach Everyone feature.
STEP 4: Select Add profile in the Profiles field. You will first Select the Team this user will belong to.
STEP 5: The Team Admin or Global Admin will assign the corresponding Job Roles and Skills to the new Team Member.
STEP 6: All new Team Members are assigned the Access Level of 'App User' by default.
Only Global Admin can assign other Global Admin. Team Admin may assign either an App User or another Team Admin
STEP 7: If you would like the new Team Member to be able to send/assign cover broadcasts, check the corresponding boxes.
STEP 8: Click Save, the Team member will be saved and invited to the Mobile App via an SMS sent directly to their device
