STEP 1: Filter
The Audience Criteria step allows the Team Admin or Global User the ability to decide exactly which Team Members should receive the Smart Form.
STEP 2: Select specific Tags
Once a "Team" has been selected, it is then possible to select as many Department, Job Title, Skills, or People Tags as required. In the above example, two Teams have been selected, with four Job Titles also selected.
If a large number of Tags are available, it is possible to use the "Search Tags" box to locate the desired Tag. Note that the number of Recipients included in the Smart Form is counted live on screen.

To view the Recipients included in the Broadcast, scroll down to the "View Recipients" section beneath "Audience Criteria". This will show all Team Members included.
STEP 3: Adding Segments
Segments help you reach multiple teams that need to receive the same Smart Form.
In the example above we want to send a Smart Form that will be seen by Swim Teachers from both New Team and Global. By selecting through Segments this Smart Form will not go to all Swim Teachers just the Swim Teachers who are a part of New Team and Global. The Audience Criteria can be narrowed down even further by adding additional tags and/or Segments.
You now have the option of filtering by People who are "any of" or "none of". In the example above it would filter either anyone who is Inactive or Not Invited or it would filter through all Active users with the "none of" option. To toggle between the two you would click on the phrase "any of" or "none of".
