DO
Check to make sure your name is correct when opening the app for the first time
Notifications should be turned on. OurPeople will only notify you when there is a message that your Admins have deemed important to you. This could include Shift Coverage, Training, Meetings, and much more.
Check your Files and see if there have been updates or anything new that your Admins have placed in the folders. You only see files that are important to your role
SmartForms are checklists, surveys, and more. They are used to help with the day-to-day operations making sure to fast-track your tasks by completing them with the app on your mobile device
DON'T
Chat, and group chat can be seen by your peers and Admins. Keeping it appropriate for work and following your HR guidelines still apply while using OurPeople
Don't Turn off your notifications! OurPeople doesn't bombard you with notifications. You are only alerted when it's a Broadcast from your workplace
