This article will show you how to use the OurPeople web app to mark people as having attended an event.

STEP 1: From the navigation menu, select Event
Both Meetings and Training Events can be viewed from the Event section. You also can look at Cover Broadcasts from this menu.
STEP 2: Choose Meetings & Training
Step 3: Select the group from which you want to mark people as attended
In this example, we are going to start by marking the attendance of people who said they were going to attend so we have selected 'Attending'.
If the Team member has attended we would select the and then select "Mark as attended".
If someone doesn't attend, simply select the same icon and then select 'Cancel attendance' instead. This will then move them from the 'Attending' group to the 'Declined' group.
Step 4: Changing someone's attendance
If someone initially declines but then shows up, or if they are on the waiting list but then space is made for them you can still mark them as attended. Simply navigate to the relevant tab, in this case, 'Declined'.
Select the icon and then select 'Mark as attended'
