This article will show you how to use the console to mark people as having attended an event. To learn about how to broadcast an event click here.
1. Find the Event
If it was a training event you can use the handy 'Training' drop-down from the 'Events' icon.
Otherwise head to the broadcasts page and filter by 'Events'.
3. Select the group from which you want to mark people as attended
In this example we are going to start by marking the attendance of people who said they were going to attend so we have selected 'Attending'.
If Benjamin Newton has attended we would select the icon and then select "Mark as attended".
If someone doesn't attend, simply select the same icon and then select 'Cancel attendance' instead. This will then move them from the 'Attending' group, to the 'Declined' group.
4. Changing someone's attendance
If someone initially declines but then shows up, or if they are on the waiting list but then space is made for them you can still mark them as attended. Simply navigate to the relevant tab, in this case 'Declined'.
Select the icon and then select 'Mark as attended'
