Our People now lets you choose whether Team Admins can access the 'People' tab to manage people, or whether they can just access the console. This article explains how to change someone's permissions.
First navigate to the people tab
Then find the person whose permissions you want to change.
Once you've found them either click on the person's name or click the icon and select 'edit person'.
Scroll down until you find the Access Level section and tick (or untick) the 'Can Manage people' checkbox.
Click save once you are done, and you should see this message:
