Who can use this feature?
Global Admin
Learn is a feature available to Global Admin through the Our People Console. Learn gives Global Admin the ability to create personalized learning courses for their Team Members to access directly from the Our People App.
To create a course in Learn:
STEP 1: From the navigation menu, select "Learn".
STEP 2: From the Learn tab, select "Create"
STEP 3: Type the name of your new course in the "Course Name" field. e.g. "Sales Training". Then click Add Module to start building your course.
You will be able to publish the course once it is finished by clicking the box next to "Publish" on the right hand side.
STEP 4: Next, type the name of the first module in your new course. e.g. "Qualifying". Each "module" contains the lessons for that part of the course. Click "Add Lesson" to start adding cards to the course.
STEP 5: Type the name of your lesson in the "Lesson Name" field, as well as the Required Pass Percentage.
Build your lesson by dragging and dropping different type of cards into the field to add them.
This screen functions similarly to the Build Broadcast.
You can use the following cards for your learn course:
STEP 6: For this example, we are using an image card. Simply click "Attach" and select the image file from your computer. You will see a preview to the right hand side of the Modal. You have the option to add a caption in the open text field.
STEP 7: Once you are finished, see Setting Permissions for Learn Courses.
