Global Admins are the only users able to access the Settings tab.
This document instructs the User on how to create a Job Title that is associated with Skills and added to a Department.
To add a Job Title:
STEP 1:From the navigation menu, select Settings.
STEP 2:From the setting menu, select Tags
STEP 3: From the Tag menu, select Job Titles, and click the "Add Tag" button.
STEP 4: In the Job Title Name field, type the name of the Job Title. Example "Full-Time Lifeguard"
STEP 5: Begin typing the name of the Department the Job Title is associated with. A drop-down box will appear, click the name of the Department to assign it. If you make a mistake, click the "X" to the right of the name.
STEP 6: Begin typing the name of any Skills associated with the Job Title. A drop-down box will appear, click the name of the Skill to assign it. If you make a mistake, click the "X" to the right of the name.
STEP 7: Click "Save" and your Job Title will be saved
