Who can Use this feature?
Global Admin are the only users able to access the Settings tab.
This document instructs the User on how to create a Job Title which is associated with Skills and added to a Department.
To add a Job Title:
STEP 1: From the Navigation menu, select Settings.
If you do not see the Settings Tab, it is likely that you do not have permission. Only Global Admin are allowed to access the Settings Tab.
STEP 2: From the Settings sub menu, select Job Titles.
STEP 3: Click the "Add Job Title" button.
STEP 4: In the Job Title Name field, type the name of the Job Title. Example "Full Time Lifeguard"
STEP 5: Begin typing the name of the Department the Job Title is associated with. A drop down box will appear, click the name of the Department to assign it. If you make a mistake, click "Remove".
STEP 6: Begin typing the name of any Skills associated with the Job Title. A drop down box will appear, click the name of the Skill to assign it. If you make a mistake, click "Remove".
Adding Skills to a Job Title is not required. You can always come back to this later.
STEP 7: Click "Save" and your Job Title will be saved
