Every Team Member who exists within the Our People database is tied to a mobile phone number, making it impossible to add the same individual with the same mobile number into the system twice.
If a Team Member has been absent for a significant period of time and needs to be reactivated into the system, please follow the following steps:
STEP 1: From the navigation menu, select People.
STEP 2: From the People navigation menu, select Frozen.
STEP 3: Search for the Team Member you wish to reactivate using the "Search" box.
STEP 5: Choose "Unfreeze" in the Team Member's settings. Once you click "Unfreeze" the Team member will be reactivated.
