Who can use this feature?
Global User Team Admin
Global Users and Team Admins are able to invite new Team Members. Global Users can invite anyone to any Team, Team Admins can invite people only to their teams.
New Team Members can be invited via the Our People Console and also via the App. Here we talk about how Team Members are invited via the Our People Console.
To invite a Team Member (Basic):
We like to keep things simple. It is possible to invite a Team Member by simply entering their phone number and adding them to a Team. No further information needs to be added.
STEP 1: From the navigation menu, select People.STEP 2: In the top right, click the Invite People button. STEP 3: Type the phone number of the Team Member you wish to invite.
STEP 4: In the Profile(s) box, begin typing the name of a Team. Example: "Westminster Leisure Centre". This will assign the Team to the new Team Member.
STEP 5: Clicking the Save button at the bottom of the screen will add the Team Member to "Pending" and instantly send out an SMS invite to the phone number entered in Step 3.
