This guide explains how to manage invitations effectively in OurPeople. Access the "Invitations" section to view sent invites, check their status, and view reports. Additionally, navigate to "Registrations" to approve or deny access requests and track registered users.
1. Click People on your side menu to bring up your People Page within OurPeople.
2. Click "Invitations" to view the invites you've sent out.
3. From here you will see a list of all the invites that have been sent out along with time stamps on who created it, when it was created, and the invite's status.
4. Click on the 3 dot menu to "View report".
5. Here you can see all the details on the selected Invite.
Tip: 💡 When viewing the Status of the invite you have three different status types:
Pending- The invite is waiting to be sent
Failed- The Invite did not go out. For a failed invite check to see if this was sent to an individual, if it was ensure the information is accurate and resend the invite.
Invited- The Invite was successfully sent
6. Click "View" SMS or Email to view the message that people saw.
7. Click "Close" to exit from the message.
8. Click "Close" to exit from the message.
9. You can also click "Registrations" to view anyone who has registered for access to OurPeople.
10. Here you can Approve a person who has requested permission to access your OurPeople. You will also see other people who have either been Approved or Denied Access.
