"Building Your Audience" involves filtering by Tags to define who will receive your broadcast message. This can include region, team, job title, skills, and more. You can create segments using "and" or "or" logic to further refine your audience. It's crucial to carefully choose your audience to ensure your message reaches the right people. This process helps tailor your communication to specific groups within your organization, ensuring that the right information goes to the right individuals.
Steps on How to Define Your Audience:

To define your audience, click "Define audience" or "Continue."

The number of recipients is shown on the screen in real time, so it's a good practice to double-check your audience before sending.

Click "Region" to filter by regions, if applicable.

Click "Team" to filter by teams. Your company's team names are unique and can represent different categories like locations, departments, or reporting structures.

Click "Department" to filter by department, if applicable.

Click "Job title" to filter by job titles.

Click "Skill" to filter by different skill tags associated with user profiles.

Click "Person" to filter by individual users.

For more advanced options, click "More" for additional filter choices.

Use "Status" to filter by user status, such as inactive or frozen users.

Click "User role" to filter by user roles, like admins or regular app users.

You can search for specific tags in the "Search for" bar.

You can further refine your filter options by selecting "Any of" or "None of" these filters.

Click "Add segment" to create a segment within your audience criteria.

Segments allow you to combine different filters using "and" or "or" logic to specify your audience.

Click "Remove segment" to delete a segment not in use.

Optional: Recent audiences this allows you to select from your past 15 audiences.

Click the audience you want to use.

Click "Update" to add your selected audience.
