Hi! How are you? Good. Glad to hear. We're fine too. Thanks for asking! 🙃 So you work for more than one company using OurPeople. Good for you! Here's a handy guide on how to add in more than one account to your OurPeople App.
In this document we are going to use two example companies:
- Westminster Company (you are logged into this account already).
- Canary Wharf Company (you aren't logged into this account but you need to be).
To get set up, follow these steps:
1) Tap the top-right menu button.
2) Tap the account switcher (your name/company at the top of the menu). Note: in this example, you are signed in to "Westminster Company".
3) Tap "Add Account".
4) Sign in to your other workplace. In this example, "Canary Wharf Company". Follow the steps to sign in to your second place of work in the usual way.
5) Once you've signed in, you will now automatically be "switched" to the company you just signed into. To switch back, tap the account switcher.
You will now receive Push Notifications from both companies and can switch between the two at your heart's content. If you work at a third company... feel free to tap "Add Account" and add that third company in (we applaud you for the number of companies you work for).
