To make it the work of a moment to select the right people to receive information, OurPeople uses special Tags assigned to each user.
Lively Leisure has already set up their Tags so everyone in the company has various Tags such as the Location they work at, their Job Title and various Skills.

Logging in to the web app
It’s very important that admin users have access to the web app version of OurPeople. You can do a lot through the mobile app but the web app has some really handy extra features.
Rachel records a welcome video to send out, and schedules it to go out on launch day.
She also uploaded the staff handbook to the Files section and added some pictures of last year’s staff party.

Spread the news
Make sure all of your team know what’s happening and why.
The main thing they need to know is that to log in the need the MAGIC WORD. This a simple security measure.
Your magic word will be sent to you once your staff are uploaded (it’s usually just the name of your company).

The new app will mean less time spent in boring staff meetings as information can be sent out quickly. The app makes it easier to get a shift covered, or find information you need.
