This guide explains Access levels, User status and provides step-by-step instructions on how to invite a new user to the OurPeople web app. It shows you what user information is required and how to create a profile for a user.

Active -The user has been using OurPeople within the last 30 days.
Inactive -The user has not been active on OurPeople in 31 days or more.
Invited - The user has been sent an invite (text or email) to OurPeople but has not yet logged in.
Not invited - The user has a profile but has not been sent the welcome invite.
Frozen -The user has been deactivated (frozen) by a Global User or Team Admin. When a Team Member is Frozen you will still be able to view their messages and see broadcasts, or events they have created. Team Members who are Frozen will NOT be able to access OurPeople until they are Unfrozen.
Inviting New Users
- Navigate to the web app
- Click People
- Click "Add people"
- Fill out the Users Information.
- Click "Add profile" in the Profiles field.
- Click the "Select teams" field.
- Click the "Select job titles" field.
- Click the "Select skills" field.
- Assign the team member with an 'Access level'.
- Ensure Team Admins' and 'Broadcast Admins', ensure the teams they need to administer at selected here.
- Click save.
