This guide provides step-by-step instructions on creating a private or group chat on the web app. It is helpful for individuals who want to have one-on-one conversations or create group discussions with multiple users. These simple steps will allow users to easily navigate the web app chat feature.
Steps to create a private or group chat:

Navigate to the web app: [companyname].ourpeople.com

Click "Chat"

Click the pink + icon.

Click "New Chat"

Click the user you want to have a 1-on-1 chat with or click "New group chat" to add multiple users to a chat.

Select the users you want to add to this chat.

Click "Next" once you've selected all the users you want to add.

Click the "Name" field to name the group chat.

Click "Create"

Click the name of the new chat from the list to begin chatting.
