Text & Email Notifications

Once you are signed in on the web app ([companyname].ourpeople.com), the notification menu is on the left-hand navigation menu, towards the bottom. 

Communication Preferences

In order to enable or edit your notifications, be sure to add your email address and phone number to this page. In order to receive text messages AND emails, be sure to have both toggled on. If you prefer one over the other, simply toggle off the method you'd like to turn off. 

Snooze Notifications 

You also have the option to snooze notifications. For example, if you will be on vacation for the rest of the week, you can snooze email and SMS notifications for the time that you will be away. You also have the option to snooze for shorter periods of time or a custom date.
